How did I get here

KING GEORGE DAVIS says I will drive this membership down at any cost! Part 1

How Did I Get Here?
An Adaptation by King George Tiberius Davis

My grassroots effort to remove the IBT did not come lightly. In fact I made many attempts to be part of the IBT as an involved member. Examples? I personally attended every union meeting in the first year of representation. I attempted to submit about 10 bylaw changes and/or additions. One as simple as adding forms to the union website so members could print them and submit them. Not even this was passed by the members. In fact, the last union meeting I attended was shut down early because the principal officer explained the facts and made me out to be anti union and a lower than dirt individual. How dare he! I don’t care what the members think, I know I am right and my direction MUST BE FOLLOWED. What I was doing nearly came to violence and I had to exit the building before it did.  That principal officer is now on the Airline Division Board simply because he let the members decide.

Through the whole IBT experience I reached out through the chain of command to ask questions and submit honest credible demands. I was even thanked by one of the Airline Division Officers for informing them about current outsourced work that was due for rebidding even though they were already on top of it.  The problem grew when those questions and my badgering became a point of embarrassment to the IBT leadership and they stopped responding. It became very obvious that the IBT Airline Division could not give me everything I wanted and ignored me. Our local officers are even ignored me. HOW DARE THEY!!

During this IBT experience I had even emailed the leadership, including Hoffa Jr (he and I are on the same level) about giving us our own local similar to what UPS has. They are set up very much like AMFA. All officers are elected by their peers and operated by those officers, just like the IBT. There is no Airline Division affect at UPS because UPS is not part of the RLA. The UPS M&Rs are part of a different division. I want us to be able to elect a person from our peer group that I can control.  I demanded a GT division. The answer from the Airline Division was, "NO."

Through several sources within the IBT leadership it is common knowledge the Airline Division is not liked or respected by me and the people I can trick in to following my lead. I do not even like the IBT its self . Yet, here I am. I have recently been notified that a petition has been submitted to the IBT leadership to include a high ranking IBT officer outside of the Airline Division to be part of the negotiations. I think this comes from the distrust I have and the lack of credibility that the AD has created with me. You should fear me too or I might strong arm the negotiations and bring us a concessionary contract and sell it as industry leading like I have tried in the past.

Through past publications, with the help of my network of sheep I have presented overwhelming evidence that my fight against all union representation has turned into a circus. I receive comments from around the system by officers in the know how unorganized and inept I am. I don’t care. Many local officers walk away from their positions due to the frustrations I can present. Several officers even encourage their members to sign AMFA Cards because they have a unique view from the inside and no longer see any hope I will stop this madness. I will drive this membership down at any cost. Just wait and see!

These experiences have taken their toll on many of you, but, again, I don’t care.  We are a group made up of your peers and I am your leader, M&Rs, that decided enough is enough. I do not see a happy ending under the IBT. Something has to be done and quickly. As the clock counts down I will ignore our contract and  see our wages and benefits picked apart while the Airline Division refuses to act on my demands. They refuse to rally the troops in fear they may anger the intelligent members who disagree with me. A common practice from the AD. We can go on and on about the bad representation by this union, but , to ignore ME will cost YOU. It's time to pull your heads out of the sand and see what's really going on. You can be your own worst enemy, but, if you rally yourselves you can make me an awesome and powerful weapon. Truth and Knowledge is Power and I have it all!!  Seek it out my friends and it will set you free. Visit my site and read the proof I created. You can print and sign a AMFA Card. AMFA does exactly what I tell them to do. This is as it should be.

  1. Outstanding GT. The first step to sober living is to admit your faults and this rant puts you on that path to recovery. there may be hope for you yet....and us, but only if you SHUT THE FUCK UP and let the real workers do their jobs while you recover from head in ass syndrome. I wish you well.
