1. I believe that both the company and the union are dragging this out. They both need to sit down and not come out of the room without resolution and a contract no matter how long it takes. The union and company need to stop acting like children.

7. We should be fairly compensated for making the company number one. The CEO and his officers are being well compensated, why shouldn't the rest of us.

UNITED MECHANICS FOR THE REAL TRUTH

 

THE KING has spoken falsely again.

What the monarch should be asking the membership is how do we get the company to negotiate fairly?

What the KING and his sheep fail to understand is that saying you will wait forever and as long as it takes is not truly conveying the correct message.

1)                 Truth- The longer the membership goes without an agreement means the longer the s-ual membership goes without a Defined Benefit Plan. This simply means that you and yours are not accruing into anything except for the Kings foolish dogma that it’s the Union that is stalling.

2)                 Truth- The longer the membership goes without an agreement means the longer the s-cal membership pays exorbitant premiums for their Medical which trends year over year by nine percent (9%). This simply means less money in your pocket and less money for your families, thereby quality of life is diminishing.

3)                 Truth- The union and the negotiating committee is not stalling the process the company is just failing to recognize what their mechanics are worth and are not willing to pay for a industry leading corner to corner agreement.

The King would like all to believe that it is the Union and the negotiating committee that doesn’t have any idea on how to negotiate a contract, but I would just ask a very simplistic question to the monarch, and that is how in the world can you sit on your throne and throw stones when you haven’t done a thing to help move these talks forward except for disseminating misguided half truths to the membership.

I would ask KING TIBERIUS to step down from the throne and come forward onto the front lines.
